End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Fur IQ, Inc. ("Fur IQ," "Fur," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Fur IQ mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App. This EULA supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail unless this EULA explicitly states otherwise.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this Agreement. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements. If you are using the App on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Fur IQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes (or authorized business purposes if you hold a business account). You may NOT: - Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App - Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App - Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose - Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels - Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App This license is effective until terminated by you or Fur IQ. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

The App allows you to post, upload, share, and otherwise make available content including text, photos, videos, reviews, and other materials ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for all User Content you create, upload, or share through the App. **Your Responsibilities:** - You retain ownership of your User Content - You grant Fur IQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and providing the App - You represent that you have all necessary rights to post your User Content - You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights **Content Standards:** - User Content must be accurate and not misleading - User Content must comply with all applicable laws and regulations - You agree not to upload content that is not safe for work (NSFW), copyrighted without authorization, or harmful to others - You must respect the privacy of other users and their pets

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on the App. You agree not to post, upload, share, or transmit any content that falls into these categories: **Spam & Manipulation:** Unsolicited promotions, chain messages, misleading links, fake engagement, or automated content designed to manipulate the platform. **Harassment & Bullying:** Content that targets, intimidates, threatens, or demeans individuals or groups. This includes persistent unwanted contact, doxxing, and coordinated harassment campaigns. **Hate Speech:** Content that attacks, demeans, or incites violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, or other protected characteristics. **Violence & Threats:** Content that threatens, glorifies, or promotes violence against people or animals. This includes graphic depictions of violence and content encouraging self-harm. **Nudity & Sexual Content:** Sexually explicit material, pornography, or content depicting nudity. This includes unsolicited sexual content and content involving minors. **Misinformation:** Deliberately false or misleading information that could cause harm, including false health claims about animals, fraudulent service listings, and deceptive practices. **Self-Harm & Dangerous Activities:** Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous challenges. **Illegal Content:** Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activities, including drug trafficking, fraud, theft, animal abuse, or exploitation. **Impersonation:** Falsely representing yourself as another person, business, or organization, including creating fake profiles or misleading account information. **Copyright Infringement:** Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including unauthorized use of copyrighted images, videos, text, or other materials.

Fur IQ reserves the right to review, monitor, and remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without prior notice. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so to ensure compliance with this Agreement and applicable laws. **Right to Remove Content:** We may remove or disable access to any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates this Agreement, is objectionable, or may expose Fur IQ or its users to harm or liability. **Enforcement Actions:** Violations of this Agreement may result in the following consequences, applied at Fur IQ's discretion based on the severity and frequency of the violation: 1. **Warning** — A formal notice that your content or behavior violates this Agreement, with a request to cease the violation. 2. **Content Removal** — Removal of the offending content from the App without prior notice. 3. **Temporary Suspension** — Temporary restriction of your ability to post content, access certain features, or use the App for a specified period. 4. **Permanent Ban** — Permanent termination of your account and prohibition from creating new accounts. **Zero-Tolerance Policy:** Fur IQ maintains a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech, harassment, illegal content, and animal abuse. These violations may result in immediate permanent ban without prior warning. **Reporting:** Users are encouraged to report content that violates this Agreement using the in-app reporting tools. We will review reports promptly and take appropriate action. **Appeals:** If you believe your content was removed or your account was actioned in error, you may contact us at legal@furiq.io to request a review. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

The App, including its design, features, functionality, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Fur IQ and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. **Fur IQ's IP:** - The Fur and Fur IQ names, logos, and branding are trademarks of Fur IQ, Inc. - All software, code, algorithms, and technical implementations are the property of Fur IQ - App content created by Fur IQ (excluding User Content) is protected by copyright **Copyright Complaints:** If you believe content on the App infringes your copyright, please contact us at legal@furiq.io with a detailed description of the alleged infringement. We comply with applicable copyright laws and will respond to valid notices of infringement.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Fur IQ does not warrant that: - The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free - The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable - Any defects in the App will be corrected TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FUR IQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to Fur IQ in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. **Termination by You:** You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the App from your devices and discontinuing use. You may also request account deletion through the App settings or by contacting us. **Termination by Fur IQ:** We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach this Agreement. **Effect of Termination:** Upon termination: - Your license to use the App is immediately revoked - You must cease all use of the App - We may delete your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements) - Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination

Fur IQ reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Agreement within the App or by sending you a notification. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this Agreement was last revised.
