Community first
Pets have their own profiles and followers. Owners have communities, events and a feed. The businesses that care for them are part of the same conversation.
Less admin
Photos find the right pet on their own. The day's highlights are put together without anyone opening an editor. Software should take the tedious part.
Room for small businesses
Good pet care shouldn't depend on knowing the right person. The app is free for pet owners, and a business of one is a first-class citizen here, not an afterthought.
Finished, not announced
We would rather ship a small thing that works properly than a long list of features that nearly do.
Plain language
Clear pricing, honest reviews and no borrowed credibility. If we can't do something yet, this site should say so.
What we're working on.
Fur IQ is live on iOS, Android and the web. The work right now sits in three places: the day itself — every pet in care gets a highlight reel built for it each evening, with nobody opening an editor; the business side — bookings, calendar, payments, staff and compliance forms in one place; and the community around a pet — its own profile, its followers, and the people who look after it.
